Rhino Darts: perfect for any occasion. |
No, seriously. ANY occasion. Meetings? "The annual report for this year says earnings were HURK!" thud. Church! "Repent, all you sinners or be cast HURK!" thud. In traffic! "Sir do you have any idea how fast you were HURK!" thud.
The Gentleman here is Currey, a good friend who actually wrote the rant he's spewing. I frankly don't know enough about baseball, WWII, or cars to have done it myself. Periodically we decide that we've been too long without playing a big board game with lots of plastic pieces and get everyone together for a game of Axis and Allies or Fortress America.
Furthermore, during production of this strip, my monitor died, and Currey was kind enough to lend me one of his. And the color on it is finally right, so maybe I can fix some of the color mistakes I made on the last one. He also found a copy of Adobe Streamline for me, which will convert my scanned line art into vector graphics, woohoo!
There are some changes in the works. I'm rethinking what I'd been taking for granted in production of these strips after finding some really quality stuff out there on the web. Additionally, perhaps I will put in a links section to some of my favorite strips, because, while they are better than mine and post more regularly, you should still see them and enjoy them anyway. Just come back here when you're done.
This one only took 3 weeks. If we can make the next one take two, and then one, and then 3 days, I'll be on target. Wish me luck.
